Not upto mark for me

I as a teen had a lot of acne and this facewash was recommended to me by a lot of people, but honestly it did not work for my skin. It did not help clear my acne, there was no change in my skin. It also did not cause any side effects either, which is good, but for the purpose it was advertised it does not serve that. Also I find the texture weird , it is gel like but also foamy, it feels uncomfortable on my skin.

Great for Sensitive Skin

This one is somewhere between mild and strong. It feels mild and gentle on skin and at the same time it works like a great cleanser without leavy any soapy layer on the skin. It doesn't dries my skin and can be used by all skin types.

Talking about effectiveness on pimples, I didn't notice much result on the existing one but at the same time I didn't developed any new one.

Has a beautiful refreshing leafy fragrance which is suitable for sensitive sense as well.

A decent face wash but it isnt for me!

I have a very oily skin that is sensitive too. During humid summers when I come from outside and my face is real greasy I find that it does not clean well. It works well on days when my skin is oily (not a grease pan) and the weather isn't humid but then when it cleans well it also sensitizes the area near the sides of my nose causing blotchiness and slight redness so sensitive skin people need to be careful with it.

I wouldn't suggest it to someone with dry skin because it is very drying and harsh on dry skin and it may sensitize the skin over time but if you still need to use it for treating acne or pimples then use less quantity of it (pea sized amount) and better use a fragrance-free moisturizer right after you wash your face (on wet skin)

People with oily skin will really like it and it is great for pimples and acne. If your breakouts are due to clogged pores/oily skin then it may control them but if the cause of your breakouts is some other issue then it wont be of any help. Dont expect it to chase away hormonal stuff.

It lathers moderately.
It doesn't leave behind any slimy residue post rinsing.
It doesn't leave that squeaky clean feeling.
I bought it from a supermarket for Rs 63(50ml)
Travel friendly: Yes!
The one I bought had a flip top cap. It is also available in a pump bottle.

Himalya Herbals Purifying Neem Face Wash

I cannot stop myself from praising this product. Even though I have dry skin, I make sure I use this facewash thrice in a week to deeply cleanse my skin especially when I return from a busy day. It works deeply into the skin and literally cleans the pores.
This gel based product comes into a tube with an easy-to-open lid. The neem extracts in the product does its job and clarifies the skin beautifully. After you wash your face with this, it feels like a clean slate. But as I said that I have a dry skin, it rips the moisture off and I have to immediately use a moisturizer but I dont mind doing that since it cleanses my face. I have been using this product since more than 5 years now and highly recommend it.

Find it Okaish .. didn't revived my pimple as hyped in advertisement.

It cleanses my skin well as other face washes do. But didn't find it good for my acne skin. as shown in advertisement it removes all pimples. I don't find any impressive quality in it. Rather than this, i go for tea tree facewash or charcoal face washes . tea tree one works great for my acne. Or if you don't have tea tree face wash. Simply add tea tree essential oil in any of your gel face wash. It increase the potency of facewash. I know how I emptied my large pump pack of this face wash . Didn't suit me well. quite in expensive but not worth as shown in advertisement.

not helpful for acne prone skin

Himalaya Herbals neem purifying face wash retails for Rs 150 for 150 ml which is easily available at any store . It comes in both the form flip cap and pump . It is travel friendly product . It doesn't has any kind of fragrance which is okay . It is soap free base formulation . it is okay for cleaning skin but not ok for removing makeup . It is a gel based product . though it has ingredients like neem and turmeric and out of which neem is very good for removing acne but this face wash doesnt helps in preventing acne . It just cleanses your face

Helps maintain oil free skin

This is the first face wash I ever used in my life . Used this around 11 years ago when my skin used to be super oily . So oily that you could literally fry food . My dad got me this facewash on a trip to mahableshwar and since then it was my go to face wash for the next 6 years. Evetually my skin changed I started using different face washes. So talking about this face wash, it has a teally pleasant smell . I instantly fell in live with the smell and gel like texture of this face wash . It foams really well and after using this my skin would be oil free for 3-4 hours . This also helped me control the oil on my skin and after using this for a while my skin started producing less oil . Alsthough I am not sure if this helped with acne because I still got acne on my face . But overall it helped me have non sticky skin and that why it has a thumbs up from my side.

Best Face Wash

Being Himalaya Product.....it contains the natural ingredents, hence it totally removes the oilyness, pimples, pores from the skin if used daily. I use it on the daily basis an i really like this facewash. I bought it from the local store as is very affordable. It comes with the flip cap as well as pump. I use flip cap one as it is travel friendly. It have a good fragrance and it cleans the face properly but not sufficient enough to remove makeup. It is a gel based product and it does not provide any irritation ,dryness or acne. Overall, i loved this product and recommend you to buy this too and use it on daily basis for better results.

Does it have a strong fragnance?

Do you feel it cleans your skin sufficiently ( makeup etc)

Does it dry out your skin?

Is it foam based, gel or oil based?

Does it serve any specific skin concerns? Like acne, dryness, pigmentation, etc?
