It applies beautifully, a little bit goes a long way as it is very pigmented. Like the Mary Lou-manizer highlight, it is very buttery but has a little less shine as compared, it looks shimmery in the pan and swatches so too but when applied to the skin it isn't all all, it just leaves a nice glow that I like to use as a contour. It also pairs very well with the Mary Lou-manizer, creating an extremely healthy glowing finish. I want to say that its buttery texture and the shade reminds me of Jeffree Star's King Tut skin frost but Betty Lou-Manizer does not leave a high shine as it works better as a bronze but it is much more blendable and resilient throughout the day compared to Skin Frost which becomes patchy and uneven on my oily skin. Even so, I feel that it could work as a highlight on darker skin tones
