They come packaged in an opaque plastic tubes which are colored as per the shade within. (Again very similar to the NYX ones.) Often in physical stores they don’t have testers and this is the only way you can go about selecting shades. But unfortunately it is not a reliable method because the actual colors within often vary greatly from the colour of the plastic. The packaging is lightweight but feels sturdy and is travel friendly. The shade numbers are sticker-ed on the bottom of the tube.
It comes with a doe foot applicator which is attached to the cap. The applicator picks up the right amount of product and spreads the lip cream evenly on the lips. The applicator is thin and stiff which I like because it gives a sense of control and works well even with thin lips. But after a while it does start fraying!
The packaging says that it is manufactured in PRC (i.e. China) and is cruelty free and has a 24 month shelf life. It also has this very amusing description printed on it:
“It’s not a lipstick nor is it a gloss. It’s nothing like you have experienced before. It’s a lipstick cream that goes on silky but looks matte.”
Due to their rock bottom pricing a lot of folks have been raising a concern about the ingredients so I looked at them in a little more detail to understand if any of them were out of the ordinary.
Full ingredient break down on the blog.
I brought this miss Claire soft Matt lip cream from both resellers and nykaa. This lip cream didnt impress me in any way. It comes in plastic packaging with regular applicator. The pigmentation is really good but the formulation is very bad. It dries out my lip and doesn't stay. Few shades are very patchy. Though it is very affordable it is not up-to the mark. You can buy it cheaply from insta resellers else if you don't trust them, then shop it from nykaa. The price varies from 165 to 200. I don't recommend it but if you wanna give a try you can.

Product Review - Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Cream.
Lipstick or gloss?
Confused which one to apply?
Here you go!
It's not a lipstick, nor is it gloss. It's like nothing you've experienced before. It's lipstick cream that goes on silky but looks soft matte.
From it's price range to it's formula, miss Claire lip creams are liked by many college and office going girls. Totally an amazing product that you have never experienced before. Now they are also available on @mynykaa It is very easy to purchase from there as these are very hard to find in the local stores.
It has lovely packaging very similar to the nyx liquid lipsticks. I even heard the texture is same. I must say it's a dupe of nyx!
From Nudes, Reds, Pinks, to Purples and Browns it has total 50 shades available in market.
I have shade no. 50 with me. This shade is very rarely purchased by any. Not my shade but I like how it looks on my lips. Formula is very buttery and Creamy. It glides on my lips very well and gives matte finish look to the lips. When it gets dry It chaps my lips just like how any matte lipsticks does. Doesn't last for long time but it will not fade away totally. It's just you need to touch up a little in between your breaks. Other than that I think it is a great product.
Price : 180/- rupees for 6.5gm.
If you find them in local stores better you purchase from there, as you can Burgen and purchase in very less price compared to the nykaa's price.
Cruelty free / Hypoallergenic.
Lastly it's a wow product for me.

Best dupe matte lipstick ever. It's so affordable. It glides easily on the lips during application and matte out quickly. Their range of colours are so pretty I have been collecting different colours and it always match my skin tone so perfectly. It's so affordable and you can keep buying again and again without spending a hole on your pocket. The only problem with this product is that it doesn't last long and you need to keep reapplying within a few hours or so. Apart from that I think it's a good and affordable product.
Price : INR 250 /-

What did I like?
Dupe for Nyx soft matte lip creams
Creamy and smooth texture
the shade range is huge to choose from
Semi-matte texture thus comfortable to wear on lips
What I did not like?
They have price issues, everywhere the price varies
Staying power is less
Today I am going to review Miss claire soft matte lip cream. Yes, as the name suggests, it has a whipped cream consistency.
I have it in the shade 27 and 38.
The lipstick lasts for about 4-5 hours.
It has a matte finish and is extremely lightweight on the lips which is the best thing about this lipstick! Although It is not completely opaque~ my upper lips are pigmented and I have to apply foundation on my lips before this. It has a really amazing vanilla fragrance which I love!
It is totally transferrable and does not survive through meals.
I bought it for INR 150 but it is available in variable prices in different places. The price range is around 150-350. If you can get it around INR 150-200 then it's fine otherwise it's not worth the price.
It is supposed to be a dupe of Nyx soft matte lip cream but I feel that the Nyx one is better than this one.
All in all, this is a nice product if you can get your hands on it at an affordable price.
Have a nice day!

• I got the Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Cream in the shade 55. Its a very beautiful mauve shade.
• The lipstick lasts for about 3-4 hours but it settles in the area around the mouth which I don’t really like. And it can’t survive meals.
• The finish is soft matte, very comfortable on the lips but becomes dry after a while.
• It is transferable.
• The price ranges from ?150-250 which is okay for how the product fares.
• Everyone says that it’s actually a dupe of the Nyx Soft Matte Lip cream, but I can’t comment on that cause i haven’t used the Nyx one.
• Packaging is fine.

Honestly, I'm really impressed with the formula they are providing in exchange of the price range
It's cheap and lasts for about 8-10 hours. Got my hands on this for only 180rs
Formula is creamy and soft and it doesn't dry your lips
The shades are limited but all are very suitable for Indian skin tones
This is worth a buy and is best if you're new to liquid or normal lipsticks.

It is not upto the mark.
Yes it is light weight and stays longer, it doesn't dry lips, but I have used it many times and after removing the product my lips become dry which I don't like.
Tips: after removing the lipstick scrub your lips and apply some lip moisturiser like Vaseline etc.

Hola, I have shade 55 and 58 ( the most famous yet most difficult to find one)
Pros( i couldn't find any )
1) cute and attractive packaging
2) i bought it for rs 180 per piece , so ya affordable
3) natural looking lips, very light weight
4) feels like cream, doesnt dry out , no need of lip blam underneath.
1) avaibility issue , on amazon they are priced at 350( not worthy trust me) , u can get from instagram stores at different price range like 170-300 ( searching and selecting shade will cause pain in ass)
2)the color on package is like 35 times darker than the actual color of product.
3) very less pigmenet
4) the liquid is solidified easily, so its like a cream and hence u get very less amount in tube
5) velvet matte about 2 hours later(if u can keep it for 2 hours on ur lips)
6) extreme tranferable
7) cant sustain coffee or even light meals( for keeping this on ur lips , u need to be statue for whole time)
8) vanishes from lips in just 1 hour
Conclusion: not worthy of so much pain, nothing great about it. instead in same price range u can get INCOLOR EXPOSED SOFT MATTE LIP CREAM( rs 200) which is like 20 times better than this
