Its more Highlighting than Concealing

I am constantly on a look out for a concealer that does exactly what it says, it conceals. This concealer is more of a highlighting concealer, it does not cover dark spot at all. God forbid if you did put it on the dark spots and tried to blend it, it would just highlight the area. The product has medium coverage, so does not cover very prominent cases of dark circles, you would still need to colour correct those before using this product. You can use it on the bridge of your nose, the centre of your forehead, the tip of your chin, above the cupid's bow and above you jaw-line. This product is creamy so you do need to set it with a powder after.

Good for Highlighting

If you have prominent dark circles, this might not help much. I bought this in the shade 'Ivory' which is the lightest shade. I use it to highlight the highest points of my face, but to hide my dark circles, I need to use a corrector underneath. This concealer comes in a pen style with a twist button at the bottom to dispense product. You cannot actually control the amount of product that comes out. Also, I feel that the quantity is less for the price tag of Rs. 600. Blending it is not a problem, I personally like blending it with a damp sponge. You need to set it with a translucent powder to avoid creasing. It does sometimes settle into my fine lines and accentuates them. It's a decent drugstore concealer. The shade range is limited which is a con for this.

Shade - Honey

I have this in the shade Honey which is a the darkest shade in this range. But still it is too light for my skin. This comes in a pencil twist up packaging. It needs to be twisted in a certain way and carefully to take out the product. I use this around my eye area and eyebrows since this is too light for my face. It gives a nice definition to my eyebrows and blends easily. However it needs to be blended quicky other wise it is difficult to blend after drying so quickly. As it claims , it does highlight a little. I would buy this again only if this came in darker shade. Also the packaging is quite travel . If the shade range matches your skin tone, then it is quite good.

Great highlighting concealer

Absolutely love this product , it's a really nice concealer one can use for highlighting however do not expect high coverage from this . The only con would be quantity which you get at 600/- is quite less .

Good drugstore concealer

I had got this concealer in the shade Honey which was quite dark fir my complexion I felt that it used to gel with my foundation quite well.It is a highlighting concealer so it does the purpose of highlighting as well concealing .You need to set this concealer with a powder otherwise it soon creases. It has a good lasting power though of approximately 4-5 hours .But I feel that the shade range is quite limited . The coverage of this concealer is medium which can be built up to full coverage and the consistency is quite thin .It is best to apply this with a brush or a damp sponge which gives it a natural finish.Recommended drugstore concealer .

What shade did you buy?

Is it in a stick form, roll on, liquid or comes in a pot?

Does it blend easily?

Do you set it with powder?

What do you use it to cover- dark circles, blemishes?

How long does it stay?

How is the coverage? Medium or Full?

How long does the product last, and how often do you use it?
