Like every other Indian girl, kajal is one of my most used cosmetic product of all times. It is has become a must have and is something that I use almost everyday.
The first kajal that I used, used to smudge and spread down making it look like really bad dark circles around my eyes within a few hours of applying.
The Maybelline Colossal Kajal was really good replacement for that product. It was handy smudge proof and dark. It doesn't smudge for a few hours after applying. It was handy and also fits inside the pockets of my jeans incase I'm too lazy to carry a purse or bag with me.
The reason I'm giving it four stars is because it breaks too easily and finishes of just too fast for my liking. Other than that it's a great product.

i love this kajal
its one the most loved ones of mine
its very thick and matte black
my water line is more of a oily side so its difficult for me to apply thick kajal line on it
but this suits me best as it has a darker color to go through
felt its affordable and worthy in such a price point
its water resistant and smudge proof for few hours
later it smudges obviously as all others kajals do for us..
love the packaging,
its sleek and easy to draw and retractable
its definately a drama kajal for our eyes
The Maybelline colossal kajal goes smoothly on the eyes. It comes in very modest packaging. The texture is double as compared to any other kajal. It is a deal at a reasonable price. I have tried a lot of kajals and maybelline colossal kajal is among those which is smudge proof and can go all day long. Even after rubbing my eyes it did not come off. It comes in a retractable twist up model, which is great, since there is no wastage of the product. It has smooth finish and is super black, longlasting and waterproof which is a win win situation if you'll purchase it.

I am a Makeup artist and i have to work quickly on clients at times as there might be time crunch. But this kajal needs to be scrubbed and scrubbed on the waterline to get any colour out of it. The pigmentation is bad. This might also be very discomforting to the eyes and may tend to cause scratches on the waterline. The tip also breaks off , if slightly more pressure is applied. I feel there are other Kajal’s available in the markets at similar rates which are better of then this one. I know many people like this product but my experience with this one has not been very pleasant

Everybody seems to love this product and the claims are over the top! The brand claims it to be long lasting up-to 12 hour smudge free and contains vitamin E which nourishes the eye! It doesn't seem to do any of that for me!
It claims to be anti allergic so I decided to try it on on lower water line, which I generally don't do because I have sensitive eyes. It completely dried out my eyes - my eyes constantly itched and seemed irritated. I used some eye drops thinking I am having a particularly stressful day, as work involves me to constantly look at multiple screens! But then I noticed this was not just an isolated event, this happened every time I applied this product.
It is also not smudge proof, if you go over with the pen a few times to get a dark black line, it is bound to smudge! If you have oily skin, it will spread on to the skin around the eye and they don't call that phenomenon "raccoon eyes" for no reason !
I’m so tired of hearing people rave about this Kajal.
Personally, I had the worst experience. I had ordered it online, and it was broken inside.
It took me a long time to get it replaced.
Tying to keep aside that irritation, the product itself dried out my eyes. Caused irritation, which hasn’t happened with other Kajal products.
It has a medium pigmentation.
I wouldn’t buy it again.
But for the people who liked it, it’s a steal deal.

I bought it in the shade Black. It has a very smooth texture and hence glides on smoothly onto your skin. However, this is the reason why it smudges so quick and easily, and doesn't last long. Despite being worth the price and having a good pigmentation, I would not recommend this Kajal due to the very reason that it isnt smudge-proof. However, if you plan on creating a smoky eye look using a kajal or an eyepencil, then this one is totally meant for you it is not very good as it easily smudges off not upto the mark also it doesnt give proper black color to eyes
Hello readers ! Today I am going to give my reviews on Maybelline colossal kajal. I kind of like this Kajal.what I observed about this is when I applied as a liner means simple liner not winged, it does much more easily, you dont have to dry.and you dont have to put in lot of efforts .but if you want a winged liner then you have to dry. I wore this kajal for straight 10 hours and there was no smudging.it was completely intact and it was looking nice at the end of the day.I use to do liner because I tend to have oily lids and then it will smudge but this kajal didnt smudge at all in upper lids, however on the lower cash line.it got accumulated towards the outer corner .but it didnt smudge, it was not looking bad.this is black in color and intense.i would definitely recommend this kajal.

My absolute favourite.!! Have been using this kajal for the last 5 years . Just an amazing product, at such an reasonable price Rs.180. Worth every penny!! Doesn't smudge the all day. I don't use it on my water line as I already have very big eyes so I used it on my eye line and trust me it's consistency is smooth and dark looks amazing and doesn't smudge. Stays for good 12 hours, pencil type so it is travel friendly. I use it on the shade BLACK! Will continue using it!???
