Value for money

I bought two shades from this range. One is Classic Beige and the other Desert Beige. Classic Beige didnt match my undertone since it is too neutral but Desert Beige did the job for me since it has a warm undertone. So people, please check your undertones before buying your foundations. I mix Classic Beige with Desert Beige and get a perfect color to match my skin though. It has kind of a strong smell, nothing unpleasant but it might bother some people. The smell goes away eventually after you put it on though. It has a liquid-y consistency and blends really well into the skin. It might catch on to dry patches though, which is kind of bothersome. It doesn't feel too dry or sticky on the face. And it doesn't get cakey either. Has a natural soft-matte finish. The foundation claims to be made specifically for photographs i.e gives you a flawless skin in photographs. Not sure if it lives up to that. I mean it looks decent in photographs with proper lighting. Looks natural. It doesn't crack and settle into fine lines, so that's a plus. Lasts unto 3-5 hours under normal Indian temperature. Not sure if it will perform too well in very humid temperature. I bought my foundations from HokMakeup and Amazon for ?299 and ?289 so the price is kind of reasonable. The MRP is ?499 but you get decent enough discounts on Amazon. Check my list for Wet n Wild Sale on Amazon https://www.amazon.in/shop/auradevoura?listId=Z0LB0MLTS9LX&ref=exp_inf_sh_mb_list_own_auradevoura_cp
Pros:
Doesn't feel dry or patchy
Blends well
Doesn't get cakey
Doesn't crack
Soft-matte finish
Reasonable price
Wide range of skin shades

Cons:
Strong smell
Wouldn't last well in humid temperature
The spatula is inconvenient to use

I’d purchased Desert Beige earlier which was too dark for my medium skin tone, then I purchased Golden Beige. Gives a matte but natural looking finish. I tried applying with my usual brush but made it look streaky so switched over to a sponge which worked perfect. Applies smoothly and blends out well. It does have some tackiness so I use a setting powder. I get light coverage with one coat & medium with two. With this foundation, I do need a concealer for my sun spots & blemishes. It’s the perfect foundation for the summers as it doesnt feel heavy or break-up during the day (and being Selfie friendly is supposed to be its USP). Price point is also good and Expiry Date is 2021.
A few cons - the strong paint scent initially and the limited shades available in India.
Need a porefilling primer as it settled down into my pores & fine lines without one.
