I purchased the black shade. It is a pencil liner. However, i will not be purchasing this product again as it smudges easily and creates a black layer on my undereyes. It applies smoothly but does not last more than 15 minutes before it starts smudging all over the eyes and if you apply it on your upper lid/lashline it will create a line on your crease.

Lakme Eyeconic Kajal is one of the best in this price range. It ranges some between 150-190 sometime you can find it on offer. I have the colour Deep Black. I love the twisty packaging as opposed to a wooden pencil. It is a cream product. The product lasts a long while depending on how much and how often you use it. The pigmentation is pretty good giving an intense colour in the first swipe itself. The staying power of this product is very good too as compared to maybelline or faces, it doesn't last upto 22 hours but it does a good job of holding up. For people who have oily skin, this would tend to smudge and hence I would not say that it is entirely smudge proof. If you plan on using this as a part of a smokey eye - it's not the most convenient. It does not blend very easily. As an Indian woman, a kajal pencil is an absolute essential as a part of my collection and I would certainly recommend this for the price range.

Super great

I love these 2 kajals from Lakme. They only cost rs180 and they are so pigmented and soft. They apply so easily and even blend for a smokey eye. I use it as a kajal r even eyeliner. I have bought ' Deep black' and 'Turqouise'.
It lasts throughout the day, and is great for events, or office wear.
It is pencil type, so it is travel friendly and easy to carry around for touch-ups if necessary. It is definitely worth the price. Must buy!

Better options are available!

I was using this kajal for a while and did not like the results. It was not as dark as promised and required multiple applications, not just a single one as depicted in the advertisement. It used to get smudged easily and was not at all long lasting. Comparatively, in the same price range, I liked Maybelline and Faces kajal's better.

Lakme Eye Conic Kajal Black

Lakme eye conic black kajal comes in a plastic packaging. Its a waterproof kajal. It remains smude proof for 4 hrs. Then it starts smudging. It remains upto 22 hrs. It is ophthalmologists tested kajal. It does not cause any irritation or itching to eyes. Its price is 180/- for .35 grams. It is very smooth kajal and easy to glide. It can be used above eyes also to outline the eyes. The eyes look bigger and catchy. I just love this kajal. After applying it over upper eyelid and then smudging it over the upper eyelid with fingertip it gives the smoky eyes look.
