Comment : A very affordable product. Nice sturdy compact, travel-friendly packaging. I bought the shade Natural. I have wheatish complexion. Blends well with a dewy finish. Gives sheer to medium coverage. However, people with oily skin might want to use powder on top for a matte shine-free look especially during the summer. If you're in a hurry and have got very less time to get ready just go for this bb cream , kohl and some gloss and you're done! SPF is an added advantage.

Comment : This is my most favourite lipstick! As the name suggests, it's matte as hell but not at all drying. Feels creamy on application and sets into a complete matte look. The crayon shape makes it easy to apply. No need for a lip liner. It stays for a long time if you don't eat something oily. Fades away uniformly. It's not completely transfer proof, does transfer a little. Only one disadvantage is it's not retractable, comes with a sharpener which results in a little wastage of the product. Very classy black packaging. Easy to carry in purse. Use a creamy or oil-based remover for removing this lipstick. My favourite shades are Scarlett O'Hara which is a tomato red and Cherry Darling which is a cherry red.

Comment : I was not much of a foundation person before because of the lack of shades available in the market but Maybelline Fit Me has turned me into someone who wears foundation almost everyday! So many shades are available that you can't complain. I bought the shade Sun Beige and it just fits me like second skin. If you have wheatish complexion, just go for this shade. If you got a bit tanned in summer then go for the shade Warm Honey. It blends like dream even just by using my fingers. Doesn't leave a white cast on skin. Sets into a matte finish. However when I used a wet sponge, I got a dewy finish ! So it's that versatile! Beginners can go for this foundation without giving any second thoughts. Very affordable. Packaging is okay ,just lacks a pump dispenser so if you're in a hurry you might pour a lot of it out resulting in wastage. Coverage is medium but it's definitely buildable without becoming cakey. It is runny , liquid in texture which makes it easily blendable. I wore it for 8 hours at the most and had to touch up with powder twice as I have combination skin which becomes very oily during summers and monsoon. Gives a very fresh no make-up kind of look. I'm definitely sticking to this product.

Comment : I have sparse eyebrows which look almost non-existent. So I always have to paint my eyebrows! I used to use a brown/black eyeshadow to fill in my eyebrows. I have also used brown gel eyeliner which worked pretty fine for me. When I bought this product I was definitely very excited. I bought the shade grey which is going to suit most Indian skin tones, the other shade (brown) is very light and I think it will suit people with very fair complexion. This is a double ended pencil that has a retractable pencil on one end and a sponge applicator on the other end which has powder in it's cap so every time you close the cap, the sponge is kind of refilled. The pencil is a bit hard and dry and if you press it , it's going to break. So use it carefully. I also feel that the hardness of the pencil makes it smudge free. However it's not totally smudge proof. Stays on for 5-6 hours if you do not sweat a lot. I draw the edges of my eyebrows with the pencil and then fill in with the sponge applicator. It gives a very natural look. However people with thick eyebrows should avoid this as this is not going to help them. Thick eyebrows should go for the pomade crayon instead.

Comment : It's a must try lipstick for matte lipstick lovers. It's so creamy in texture but sets into a perfect matte finish. And it's so light ,feels like nothing. Does not smudge or transfer, does not flake, does not feel dry at all. Smells like cocoa butter. Stays on for a good 5-6 hours if you don't eat or drink anything. Fades away uniformly. I have the shade Prague which is a lovely pink shade that'll suit all skin tones.

Comment : Stay Quirky , a brand known for awesome nail polishes , recently launched lipsticks. And let me tell you they have broken the monotony of pinks, reds and browns by bringing some real badass shades like black, blue, yellow and green. They have reds, browns and pinks too. I had pre-ordered the shades green (Go all the way) and black (Certainly NSFW) and received recently. Even though Stay Quirky says they're matte, they're not so matte. They're quite creamy and moisturising and give a soft matte look. Applying a black lipstick can be quite tricky, but these lipsticks are quite pigmented. These are not transfer proof so you've to be a bit careful. They're priced at just 275 INR so they'll not burn a hole in your pocket. Packaging is quite sturdy and with the matte black case, it looks quite classy. If you're looking for something bold and badass , you can definitely give them a try !!

Comment : This is a tinted moisturizer with sparkles/glitter. Comes in two shades light and dark. Blends well , does not look cakey/ chalky. Oily skinned people might not like it during the summers but it's definitely going to be a favourite in winters for them. This is a lightweight formula which can be worn everyday to college. Doesn't stay for a long time , the tint wears off but the glittery sheen stays. Coverage is sheer.

Subject : Must have ! (Cherry Chic and Cabernet Category)
Comment : I bought two shades of these one is called Cherry Chic and the other is Cabernet Category. First let's talk about the packaging. It comes packed in an outer box. Inside it you'll find a shiny rose gold tube. Packaging is attractive and sturdy as well. The cap shuts with a click. Very convenient to carry in purses without the fear of caps coming off and ruining everything else inside your purse while ruining the lipstick itsef (I have faced this and it's quite ugly !) . So you don't have to worry about that. Second the texture. It's matte but not very drying, not very creamy either but it's not really a problem. I like the texture of it and the smell is chocolaty. The shade Cherry Chic is not at all cherry like I mean it's not red. It's a brownish orange kind of shade which I love wearing to my office. This shade can be the perfect nude for dark skinned beauties with warm undertones. Also this shade reminds me a bit of the Lakme Absolute Matte range's shade called Classic rose except that Classic rose was darker (I might be wrong here). The other shade Cabernet Category is a dark brown color. This shade does not apply very uniformly as it's a bit patchy and streaky owing to it's dark color I guess. Dark shades are a bit tricky to apply. I like the texture , packaging of these lipsticks. Price is also not very high. Staying power is good 4-5 hours without eating or drinking anything. It's not completely transfer proof, does transfer a bit. I would definitely like to try other shades from this range.

Subject : Good but not great.
Comment : The thing about this concealer which disappoints me the most is it's lack of shades unlike the foundation from same range. Even the medium shade is too light for me. I can at the most use it as a highlighter. Now coming to the overall performance. Packaging is travel friendly. It comes in a sleek plastic squarish kind of tube with a cap that has a sponge applicator attached with it just like a liquid lipstick. Pigmentation is okay. Even though it's matte finish, I like to set it with powder to increase the staying power. I would really appreciate if Maybelline came up with more shades of this concealer. Until then I'm going to try something else !

Comment : Let me tell you first thing that waterproof mascaras are great but they're a pain in a** to remove! So I bought the washable variant. The fat tube feels good to hold in hands hehehe ! Packaging is sturdy and travel friendly. The wand feels luxurious. Does the job of separating lashes quite well which gives an illusion of volume. I'm a sucker for voluminous lashes and this one's going to be favourite for a while ! Even though colored mascaras are quite a fad now a days , I prefer black mascara because of it's wearability . And Maybelline Colossal volume express mascara is of a nice jet black pigment which I absolutely love. If you're confused about which mascara to buy , just go for this one without second thoughts.

Subject : Must try !
Comment : I'm a big fan of kajals . So I decided to give these Sugar cosmetics kajal a try last year. I bought both the shades 'Black Velvet' and 'Still got the blues'. Packaging is attractive as all other sugar products. The outer carton has a geometric mosaic design. Inside it you'll get a retractable pencil. Since it's retractable, there's no hassle of sharpening and no product wastage. It also has a rubber grip which makes it easier to hold while doing elaborate eye makeup ! It is smudge proof and also waterproof and stays for a good 7-8 hours as I used to wear it to office. The pencil is not very soft, it's a little hard and prone to breaking if you apply a little more pressure. But the hardness also makes it smudge proof. It also glides smoothly I don't know how Sugar did this without making the pencil soft! It's perfect for doing graphic designs. Both the shades have excellent pigmentation. The blue one is dark royal blue. The black is of course black ! It's slightly on the pricier side as the quantity is very less but looking at it's packaging and quality, the price is bearable. I would love to try them again and also would love if Sugar launched more colors.

Sheet Masks
Subject : NA
Comment : I had received this mask in one of my beauty subscription boxes. The unique name attracted my attention ! Basically it's a sheet mask that not only fits your face but also neck area which is one of the most neglected areas. We often forget to take care of our neck which results in sagging skin. This mask is drenched in multi-benefit serum but let me tell you it's not at all sticky like many other sheet masks. It also contains an extra sachet of serum which is meant to be applied after removing the mask. My experience: After removing the mask , my skin immediately felt bright , well hydrated and plump. I felt as if I had just woken up from a 10 hour sleep !! I had a little bit of tan on my face which also seemed to disappear. My skin felt taut and glowing. I'm definitely going to use this again and I'll recommend everyone to try this once. Instead of spending thousands of bucks at salons and spas , this little treatment at home is quite pocket-friendly !
Gel
Subject : NA
Comment : Patanjali Aloe Vera gel is one of most multi-tasking product out there ! And it's very cheap too. Use it as a moisturizer for oily/combination skin , use it as a soothing gel over sunburnt skin, use it in face packs or hair packs. And let me give you a little hack : use this as a make-up primer for hot and humid days. Thank me later !! This is a must have product for me.
Serums
Subject : Good serum for oily/combination skin
Comment : Oriflame oxygen boost serum is a light, non-greasy serum that gets absorbed into skin without forming any oily layer. It has got gel like texture. It's absolutely colourless, transparent and has got very mild fragrance which does not linger on for long. As I have combination skin , I like the feel of it. I haven't used it long enough to see any remarkable changes. But my skin does feel fresh after applying this. It imparts a slight glow to the skin as well. I don't think it's meant for people with dry skin but oily/combination skinned beauties can definitely give it a try.
Masque
Subject : Marvellous!!
Comment : I bought this sleeping mask last winter when I was having a few issues with my skin. Let's talk about the packaging. It's a heavy glass jar which is not at all convenient for travelling as you'll always be worried about it breaking. It has got a plastic screw top and comes with a spatula for taking out the product. I like the spatula thing as it's hygienic and also the texture of this mask is as such you can't just take it out with your fingers. It's white in color with a very interesting texture. It's called memory shape texture. It's gel like and takes back it's smooth shape as you scoop out the product. So every time you use it, it feels like scooping out from a new jar. It's not very oily. However using it during humid weather gave me one or two breakouts. How to use : Cleanse your face, apply toner then lightly massage this mask directly or you can use a serum or moisturizer if you have extremely dry skin. I use a serum before applying it during the winters. It takes 10-15 minutes to completely sink into the skin and leaves a slightly oily sheen. However in the morning you'll wake up with a fresh face and plump and taut skin. It's slightly expensive but one jar is going to last a long time as you need only a little bit of the product. Good for wrinkles but I couldn't see any changes in my pore size.

Comment : Hi folks! So I am going to review this product from 'Aaranyaa' called Anti-bacterial tea tree face wash that is also sulphate free. Let me first tell a few things about sulphate. Most cleaning or rather 'lathering' products contain sulphate which is listed as SLS or SLES in the ingredients list. SLS and SLES can irritate eyes, skin, and lungs, especially with long-term use. Products with sulphates that get washed down the drain may also be toxic to aquatic animals. Many products with sulphates are tested on animals to measure the level of irritation to people’s skin, lungs, and eyes. So we now know that sulphate-free means good. Now let's come to the product. 1. Price- 195/- INR for 110 ml tube. 2. Packaging- Comes in a translucent plastic tube with a flip top cap . The cap is tight so no fear of accidental spills. Travel-friendly packaging. 3. Texture- It's a clear, transparent gel-like liquid which is neither too thick nor too runny. 4. Smell- Smells very natural (contains essential oils of lavender and rosemary). Smell does not linger for a long time. I found the smell to be quite refreshing. It's meant for normal to dry skin . You will need only 2-3 drops to create a rich lather so it's going to last for a long time, a value fir money product.( Being sulphate free does not mean it's non-lathering. ) Does the job of cleansing the face very well. I have a 9-5 job and have to go out daily and you all know how much pollution we have to face. So after washing my face with this cleanser, I feel my skin is very well cleaned and very fresh. Does not dry the skin at all. Infact after washing my face , my skin feels very smooth and soft to touch and there's a slight glow. I'll definitely suggest this face wash for dry skinned beauties. But as it contains extracts of tea-tree and claims to be anti-bacterial , I think this is going to suit girls with acne-prone skin too. I have used this product only for a few days. I'll update if I face any issues later. Till then bye , take care!!

Subject : Review on VLCC Snigdha Skin Whitening Fcae Wash
Comment : Hi there! Not that I believe in 'whitening' qualities of the so-called whitening products because I believe you cannot change the colour you're born with and you must learn to love it. But this face wash sweeped me off my feet because it leaves a smooth soft feeling on my face after washing. Is not drying at all. The texture is a bit runny. I like it's fragrance too. It does the job of cleaning my skin quite well without drying and also helps prevent tan (mild). It certainly brightens up the complexion if that's what the 'whitening' part is meant for. I am so impressed with this face wash that I bought a second tube of it.
