I bought it at Rs. 75 for 200gm and it is an amazing product. I am usually buying it almost every single time. Currently, I am using sensodyne and a medicinal toothpaste from thailand, but otherwise this is my all time favorite. This toothpaste is really good and I have noticed that it gives a certain whiteness to teeth without claiming.
Here is my verdict:
Suitable for: All types of teeth
Not for: people with strong sense of taste and smell
Lasts: 2 months; I brush twice a day (depends on the use though)
Smells: A bit medicinal
Worth the money: It is really affordable, specially for the benefit it gives
Should you buy or not: Yes definitely

patanjali dant kanti dental cream retails for Rs 70 for 200 grams which i bought from a local store near me . this product claims that it is made of herbal ingredients . this product is not like other toothpaste , its appearance is also not that fascinating but it definetly works for your tooth and teeth . Its taste is bit sour and you can also feel a little taste of pepper but it definetly has worked on me . I was having a problem of tooth and teeth pain so i thought to give it a try and with its usage for around 2 months my pain was gone .
For people who think that it will do wonders within 1 or 2 usage they are wrong cause herbal things take time to cure .

I like the tooth paste. It has natural ingedients. It does not hve chemicals like all other tooth pastes. It is in expensive too. It helps to prevent cavity and tooth decay. Over all i like the tooth paste.
The paste is nice and effective but the smell is not something i was looking forward to.. honestly a good product.. try once for yourself
Patanjali Dant Kanti is a ayurvedic product as Patanjali claims natural . It is very cheap & easily available in market. It is useful for sensitivity. Suit for those who have pyria .It helps to get rid of mouth smell, & gives you dental beauty as it has herbal ingredients which have very odd smell & taste too, it doesn't dissolve properly after brushing. Also it has brown colour which not looks good at all.

Sensitivity is the tingling sensation u feel whenever u eat/drink anything hot/cold. This product is tried nd tested by me nd it worked for me. Dant Kanti dental cream is a product of Patanjali Ayurved LTD. and is manufactured in Bharat (India).
Baba Ramdev’s Dant Kanti toothpaste is said to be completely an herbal composition and it is useful in dental protection and also helps in dental beauty.
Dant Kanti toothpaste is available in 3 variations
Dant Kanti Junior (For children)
Dant Kanti Medicated (Not recommended for children below 7 years) And
Dant Kanti (My review is of this product)
Dant Kanti or any other herbal toothpaste made in India, are produced according to ayurvedic procedures, and not modern scientific guidelines. When these dentifrices were prescribed in scriptures, they were not meant to be used with a toothbrush, because there was no toothbrush back then. I am not aware of RDA score of this toothpaste, but from my personal experience, I can say, it is unacceptably high.
One thing we expect from any healthcare product/medicine is Discretion. Even hydrochloric acid can kill TB bacteria so why don't we make tb patients drink that? Because it will kill the patient, too. Antibiotics do that thing: Killing bacteria without causing damage to host cells.
Similarly, the discretion we expect from a toothpaste is to remove the sticky layer of plaque, without abrading Enamel. For that the particle size needs to be within a limit- below RDA 250. Who decided that? Scientists, who are not against India, ayurveda or Hinduism. They just state the facts nothing else.
I am a dentist amd speaking from experience..patanjali dant kanti is not the toothpaste of choice for us all... Though equally cheap as the other brands and maybe ayurvedic, it is a big no no from my side... REASON BEING IS THE AMOUNT OF ABRASIVE CONTENT IT HAS... it is highly abrasive hence we end up causing abrasions in our teeth...each of which is restored by the dentist at about rs 500 per abrasion...also abrasions may further lead to sensitivity.. hence I highly recommend to discontinue the usage of this toothpaste and start using normal brands. also if you can afford then go ahead for the sensitive versions. Sensodyne and Colgate sensitive being some of the good ones. Along with good toothpaste one must change toothbrush after every 3 months . Also consult dentist and watch videos fir correct brushing technique. Good oral hygiene is a must and we must treat it with utmost importance.
