You should try weight control by maintaining diet charts,regular exercise,and avoiding all kinds of fast food. You should take 4 litres of water daily. You should also consult a doctor and follow what he/she says.

Counting your calorie intake is very important. Every person has an optimal calorie-intake capacity per day. That depends on your weight, height and age most importantly. Ratio these factors to your dietician or even a search over the internet will give you the best results for what you should eat as per your current health and age standards. Follow them strictly. Also, beware of diet regimes that ask you to delete carbs or fats or any element of food for that matter, these may give you temporary good results but are dangerous for the long-term lifestyle. Everything should be eaten but in optimal quantities, neither too less nor too much. Drink plenty of water, but again not so much that it causes a pain in your stomach, too much water also adds a pressure on the kidneys which carry out filtration, so having everything in the optimal quantity is the key to a healthy diet.
