I am also a pcod patient. And nothing works for me except exercise. I'll suggest you to exercise or jogging. My doc told me not to eat potato, rice and other foods which have carbohydrates and told me to eat protein rich diet. As our metabolism is low, we would eat less and work out more. Try regular exercise, 1 hr per day for 5 days a week for 3 months and you will see the changes in you.

" Eat your breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like beggar " I believe in this statement as it is the most effective way of eating. Stop eating junk or try to eat as less as possible. Add a little bit of ghee in your diet. Avoid oily food. Drink lots of water.

Hi, If you have a proper weight height ratio then don't do dieting, better keep yourself in shape with exercises. If weight height ratio is not proper then consult a deitition and don't follow any random diet on internet etc as it may cause more harm to you.

For a refreshing drink in the summers, you can try the typical Aam (mango) panna, which is made out of raw mangoes (the green ones), jeera and pudina. it has a cooling effect on the stomach and keeps you refreshed during the scorching summers, especially during the days of hot humid winds.

So I suffered from dandruff for a long time. And it really affected the texture and the overall look of my hair (made it dull). I conjured this remedy on my own so you can give it a try. Add Amla powder and Shikakai powder (Banjaras gives them off for a total of RS 120 ) along with curd and some olive oil. Mix and apply to the roots for over 20 mins. I don't recommend lemon as it a bleaching agent. Wash your hair and condition it. Tell me how you it worked

I would rather recommend a change in the diet and start using castor oil on your scalp for healthier hair. My hair stylist and I have seen remarkable difference in my hair. It even improves melanin production. The kind of shampoo you use or also makes a difference. Loreal Professional Advanced Repair is a miracle worker, shampoo and masque. After wash treatment also works wonders. I use a few drop of Loreal 7 oil Hair Oil on the length of my hair.
