Ya..i know its quite a hard task to drink requied quantity of water on time to time basis as it in important for our complete body from head to toe while tracking the right time...before meal dring water is good but not immediatedly after meal...so u can make time table like 2 glass before breakfast as this time is very helpful..then after 2 hrs n so on depending on ur life style..i do this only...n correct timing is also important or else it waste..like not after meal,try to drink more water at day time n less water at night time but make sure u drink 1 glass of water just before bed coz before breakfast n before bed these r 2 important times which help ur body in various ways by just drinks water n they r many apps u can follow..u can keep bottle near u which can remind u time to time..as normal/lukewarm water is more/actually benificial then cold water...Hope it will help someone..
