Manushi Chhilar, with her brilliant answers, perfect figure, glowing skin and a smile to die for, has left her mark on every heart in the world. Making India proud, the gorgeous Haryana beauty brought back the ‘Miss World’ crown home after 17 long years.

Since the time we laid our eyes on the very charming Manushi  who was recently crowned as Miss World 2017, we have been dying to know the secret behind her hourglass figure. Well, we hope you are curious too because we have dug in deep and got it here for you.




Arushi Verma, Co-Founder FITPASS and Manushi’s fitness guru, celebrity nutritionist, Nmami Agarwal, disclose that the new Miss World has a few simple rules that she follows with dedication and discipline.

She makes sure that she takes a proper 7-8 hour sleep every day and works out for at least 4-5 times a week. Squats, pilates, free running are what she enjoys doing the most. She also does regular yoga, drinks around 3 litres of water per day and consumes a balanced diet which includes a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables to maintain a fit and fab body.




Nmami¬†also ensures that Manushi’s diet is wholesome so that she can keep up with her training. She put her on a high protein diet and divided her food into six different meals which were to be consumed throughout the day.

Not much is disclosed about her beauty regime, but what gives her an alluring glow is the fact that Manushi believes in staying happy. One of the biggest reasons behind is that she keeps tension and stress away from herself.




A combination of balanced diet, good water intake, enough sleep and proper workout helps the 20-year-old Miss World keep her skin plump and gorgeous.

  1. Don’t skip breakfast, because doing so will increase hunger pangs by the end of the day.
  2. Eat meals at regular intervals and use smaller plates.
  3. Say no to sugar, especially refined sugar.
  4. Make healthy food choices while traveling
